In 2019 I began working with Treyarch on Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War. This was by far the largest AAA game I had worked on until that point, but was like a continuation of the work that I started on Modern Warfare.
With Cold War I was really able to own UI features from start to finish, with a lot of polish added. I developed the UX with low and high-fidelity wireframes, created graphics in Photoshop and implemented components using the proprietary engine.

I also had the opportunity to continue my work on the Battle Pass, which I initially created for Modern Warfare and Warzone. For each of the 6 seasons I developed themes with a UI art style that was driven by the story narrative.
Creating the scorestreak and vehicle HUD UI was a real pleasure, as I got to break from style guide principles and and explore an art style that matched the fiction of those weapons.
