Working on It

Sounds basic right?

For some maybe, for others including myself not so much.

This is a daily reminder for me. Takes much effort and practice.


Breaking old habits is easier said than done but not impossible.

I’m trying. 

My dad reminds me when I move a muscle to change a thought.

That process makes it a bit easier.


Never thought depression was so time consuming and draining…

Can cause things to fall apart.

But I’m trying. 

Trying to put my pieces back together.

Reminding myself I’m a lot stronger than I thought. 

The brain is like a muscle, you have to work it.

Exercise it. Get it use to the fact it always has potential to make progress.

To heal.
